AC PCB Board Replacement (PLC Room)
The air-conditioning system was found to be operating under unstable conditions, with irregular airflow that affected temperature stability within the PLC Room. Such fluctuations posed potential risks to the reliability and safety of mission-critical equipment. During inspection, the blower was observed cycling repeatedly between ON and OFF, leading to inconsistent airflow. Further troubleshooting confirmed that a faulty PCB control board was the root cause of the issue.
Our technical team carried out the PCB replacement by accessing the unit on the crane, followed by functional testing and commissioning. This included verification of system performance through Delta Temperature (ΔT) measurement. The system was successfully restored to normal operation, ensuring stable cooling performance and reliable environmental conditions for critical equipment.
